Farmhouse Bed & Breakfast Accommodation

Warrens Farm is a large 16th Century Devon longhouse on a family run mixed working farm. Situated in the peaceful and tranquil village of Yeoford in the middle of Devon's glorious countryside, we are ten minutes from Crediton and half an hour from Exeter.

A very warm welcome awaits you on your arrival from your hostess, Winnie -
"I am qualified  as a welcome host". French and Dutch (Flemish) spoken.

The accommodation consists of three double bedrooms decorated to a very high standard, all with "en suite" facilities.
Breakfast and dinner are served in a large dining room - lounge with log fires in winter.
We cater for special diets and, if required, packed lunches. We source fresh local produce daily when possible. We hold a current "Food Hygiene Certificate"

We have a no-smoking policy throughout the house.

There is a private garden for guests with magnificent views over the countryside and where you can enjoy a delicious Devon cream tea. We are in a prime position , midway between Dartmoor and Exmoor. The Atlantic coast is one hour away and you can get to the South coast in forty-five minutes.
Yeoford Station is a couple of minutes walking distance away where you can reach Exeter and Barnstaple on the Tarka Line.
The Two Moors' Way is two miles from our farmhouse. We will provide luggage transfers if required.
